Destination Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Destination Expert based in the Czech Republic to support our Project Managers across Central Europe. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, and Germany to source the best hotels, venues, restaurants, and transportation solutions for MICE, group, and corporate travel projects.

Key responsibilities

• Research and evaluate hotels, restaurants, venues, activities and other suppliers in the four target countries.
• Prepare destination recommendations, sample itineraries and creative programme ideas.
• Source, evaluate and onboard new suppliers, negotiating rates, commissions and commercial conditions.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with preferred suppliers.
• Keep an accurate database of suppliers, prices, contracts and operational information.
• Structure destination knowledge for the company’s internal AI knowledge base.
• Support Project Managers during planning and delivery, monitoring new openings, tourism products and pricing trends.

Required profile

• Permanent residence in the Czech Republic.
• Experience in DMC, MICE, business travel, group travel or hospitality.
• Strong practical knowledge of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria and Germany.
• Fluent English and excellent research, organisational and detail‑oriented skills.
• Proactive, independent approach with confidence in using AI tools.

Required skills

• Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity.
