Digital Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

Keyloop is looking for a Digital Customer Engagement Specialist to help global customers maximise the value of our training and learning resources. Working closely with the Knowledge & Education team, you will identify communication opportunities, craft engaging copy and collaborate with Marketing to deliver the right messages through email, in‑application notifications and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Spot opportunities where targeted communications can boost customer awareness and usage of Keyloop training.
• Write clear, audience‑appropriate copy for training‑related messages across multiple channels.
• Partner with Marketing to prepare, translate and schedule content for email, in‑app messaging and LinkedIn.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure communications are on‑brand, timely and well‑organised.
• Collect basic engagement data, analyse feedback and suggest improvements.
• Build strong working relationships with Knowledge & Education, Marketing and other departments.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with an eye for clear, engaging copy.
• Genuine interest in customer experience and helping customers succeed.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple content pieces and meet deadlines.
• Team‑oriented and comfortable collaborating across departments and cultures.
• Eager to learn, accept feedback and develop under guidance.
• Basic comfort interpreting simple engagement metrics.
