Digital Experience Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Experience Marketing Manager brings the Ergomed brand to life across LinkedIn, brand websites and PowerPoint presentations. Working from the commercial and brand strategy, you will translate complex scientific content into engaging visual and written material that drives audience interaction and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Ergomed’s visibility and engagement on LinkedIn through organic posts, paid campaigns, graphics, carousels and short‑form video.
• Design and produce high‑impact PowerPoint decks, pitch decks and client presentations, creating custom infographics, data visualisations and reusable templates.
• Build, edit and optimise website pages in WordPress or similar CMS, applying UX, SEO and AI‑optimisation best practices.
• Track performance across all channels, analyse data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, Thought Leadership Marketer, freelancers and agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Post‑university experience in digital marketing, social media, content design or a related B2B field.
• Proven ability to grow a brand on LinkedIn using both organic and paid strategies.
• Strong PowerPoint design skills with solid understanding of typography, layout and hierarchy.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress or comparable CMS platforms.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
