Digital Marketing Specialist – CEE (Part‑time)

About the role

AXA Partners is seeking a part‑time Digital Marketing Specialist to support brand and performance marketing across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will work on a mix of B2C and B2B initiatives, handling CRM, email campaigns, website operations and various digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support CRM, email marketing and website activities.
• Execute digital marketing tasks in line with business objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with other AXA Partners departments, following company procedures.
• Contribute to a customer‑oriented approach across all digital initiatives.
• Assist B2C and B2B sales through targeted digital campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Native‑level Czech and at least B2‑level English.
• Strong communication, independent work style and high responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
