Digital Performance & Campaign Manager (Czech Republic)

About the role

We are expanding into the Czech Republic and need a Digital Performance & Campaign Manager to own the end‑to‑end execution of multi‑channel campaigns. You will work closely with clients, sales, and internal teams to ensure campaigns meet KPI targets and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise digital campaigns across multiple markets and platforms.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and translate insights into actionable optimisation steps.
• Maintain campaign tracking, attribution logic and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate operational workflows across teams, markets and systems to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify testing opportunities and scalable process improvements.
• Translate client objectives into performance strategies and collaborate with sales and client teams for long‑term satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign or account management, preferably in an agency or international setting.
• Strong customer‑success mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work autonomously.
