Drug Safety Associate – Arabic Language Specialist

About the role

The Drug Safety Associate with Arabic will translate and enter individual case safety reports (ICSRs) into the client’s system, ensuring compliance with global procedures and regional requirements. You will support medical report submissions, perform quality reviews, and act as a liaison with local reporters.

Key responsibilities

• Translate case information from Arabic to English and enter data accurately into the client platform.
• Submit medical reports following regional guidelines and post‑process cases in the client system.
• Conduct internal quality control checks and ensure information completeness.
• Contact reporters in Arabic to obtain follow‑up information when needed.
• Adhere to deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team and escalate issues as required.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker with strong written and spoken English skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work under tight timelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Adaptable to learn new processes and concepts quickly.
