DTC Operations Lead

About the role

Decolure is looking for a DTC Operations Lead to own the execution velocity of its Shopify direct‑to‑consumer channel. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure that initiatives ship on time, drive revenue growth, and improve the DTC readiness score.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily stand‑ups with Growth Marketer, Implementation Specialist and Creative teams.
• Track and accelerate the delivery of Shopify store updates, ad campaigns, and creative assets.
• Maintain the DTC readiness score, revenue, and margin targets through data‑driven decision making.
• Allocate 70% of time to execution management, 20% to strategic decisions, and 10% to analytical work.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks that impede weekly shipping cadence.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC) marketing.
• Fully fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead remote, cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
