E-commerce & Digital Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious E‑commerce & Digital Media Manager to drive the growth of our online fashion business, elevate our digital presence and create exceptional shopping experiences for millions of customers across Czech and Slovak markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the e‑commerce business strategy, analysing market trends, competitors and customer behaviour.
• Lead the development and optimisation of the e‑commerce platform to increase sales, conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, oversee SEO, performance‑marketing and email‑marketing activities and coordinate with external agencies.
• Collaborate with IT to improve user experience, oversee website operations, payment gateways, logistics and customer support.
• Monitor key KPIs using GA4, Power BI, Looker and other data sources; produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Lead, motivate and develop the e‑commerce team, delegating tasks and ensuring cross‑functional alignment with the Italian HQ.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of e‑commerce experience, preferably in fashion, retail or lifestyle.
• Deep knowledge of the Czech and Slovak digital and e‑commerce landscape.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project‑management skills.
