E-commerce & Performance Manager

About the role

Vilgain is looking for an experienced professional to take full ownership of e‑commerce performance across all markets. You will manage the P&L, lead the in‑house PPC team and transform performance marketing into a growth engine for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L with a monthly budget above 10 M CZK, tracking revenue, margins, AOV, CAC and shifting focus to contribution margin and LTV.
• Lead, mentor and set standards for the in‑house PPC team, audit accounts and handle complex setups or critical launches.
• Define and execute full‑funnel strategies across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms, holding the team accountable for results.
• Develop the roadmap for tracking, attribution and A/B testing on landing pages and ad platforms.
• Decide where to scale or cut across markets (UK, DE, PL, etc.) and shape the product assortment accordingly.
• Collaborate with the CRM team on email, retention and coordinate the marketing calendar for synchronized launches and promotions.

Required profile

• 5+ years in e‑commerce and performance marketing (agency and in‑house experience preferred).
• Proven track record managing multimillion‑budget accounts across multiple markets.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver strong results.
• Deep technical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok, fluent in contribution margin, CAC and attribution.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Sheets and GA4, with advanced English for international collaboration.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership and makes independent decisions without a playbook.
