Event Programming Manager

About the role

The Event Programming Manager leads a team of specialists responsible for setting up and managing live event data across Ticketmaster’s platforms in the Central European markets. You will combine hands‑on operational work with team leadership, ensuring high‑quality event delivery and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Event Programming Specialists, managing performance, workload planning and recruitment.
• Oversee daily event programming operations, ensuring accurate event setup, timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements.
• Maintain event data quality in Ticketmaster systems, including TM1, Microflex and Salesforce, and monitor QA standards.
• Identify process gaps, drive continuous improvement initiatives and support rollout of new tools and workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience and at least 3 years in event programming or ticketing operations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Salesforce for event tracking.
• Knowledge of TM1 and Microflex ticketing tools.
