External Channel Manager – Orthopaedics

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics division to lead distributor relationships across the Baltics, Poland and the Czech Republic. You will drive sales growth through external channel partners while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage distributor engagement, contracts, and renewal processes, ensuring compliance and due‑diligence.
• Generate accurate sales forecasts, coordinate inventory management and support operational execution.
• Oversee distributor training, performance metrics and transition to a new go‑to‑market model.
• Provide market insights to distributors and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on pricing, rebates and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of MedTech business experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor performance.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within matrixed, cross‑functional teams.

What we offer

• Base salary range of CZK 1,177,000 – CZK 2,030,900 per year.
