Finance Manager BSO Partnering

About the role

Join the Business Service Operations (BSO) Finance Controlling & Partnering team for a 12‑month assignment focused on continuous improvement across the Global Finance Centralized Partnering (FCP) organization. Based in Prague, you will work closely with global finance, Business Process Improvement and other BSO teams to simplify processes, standardise ways of working and enhance finance’s value delivery worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Support improvement initiatives across the Global FCP organization, driving process standardisation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Partner with BSO and Finance teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Coordinate and track cross‑functional improvement projects.
• Assist with month‑end close, reporting, forecasting and financial analysis as needed.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and provide deeper financial insights.

Required profile

• Experience in Finance Controlling, FP&A or Business Partnering.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaboration abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Experience in global organisations is an advantage.
• Fluent English with confident presentation skills.
