Finance Manager

About the role

SUPRAPHON is seeking a Finance Manager to support the financial management of a respected music label. You will work closely with accounting, sales, royalties, and an international team of experts to deliver accurate financial insights and drive informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, as well as ad‑hoc analyses for management.
• Support accounting processes by preparing and reviewing documentation for accounting entries.
• Collaborate with accounting, royalties, and physical & digital sales teams, as well as international expert teams.
• Assist in the setup and continuous improvement of accounting and reporting systems.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and controlling processes.
• Participate in designing and optimizing controlling processes and financial analyses.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Good knowledge of Czech accounting; IFRS knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in Czech and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a structured work approach.
• Reliable, proactive and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including handling large data sets.
• Experience with SAP financial systems (advantage).
