Finance Manager

About the role

SUPRAPHON is looking for a Finance Manager to support the financial management of a respected music label. You will work closely with accounting, sales, royalties, and international expert teams to deliver accurate financial insights and drive process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and ad‑hoc analyses for management.
• Support accounting processes by preparing and reviewing documentation for accounting entries.
• Collaborate with accounting, royalties, physical & digital sales, and international teams.
• Assist in setting up and enhancing accounting and reporting systems.
• Develop and improve reporting tools and controlling processes.
• Design and optimise controlling processes and financial analyses.

Required profile

• University degree in economics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Good knowledge of Czech accounting standards (IFRS knowledge is a plus).
• Fluent in Czech and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured work approach.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, including handling large data sets.
• Experience with SAP financial systems (advantage).
