Finance Manager – Transformation Office

About the role

The Finance Manager, Transformation Office acts as a strategic finance partner for business and transformation leaders, delivering financial leadership, performance insights and decision support to accelerate transformation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps, workplans, milestones and success metrics.
• Establish tracking mechanisms for progress, risks, dependencies and benefit realization.
• Drive standardisation, simplification and continuous improvement of international finance and controlling processes.
• Partner with finance, commercial, supply‑chain and operations leaders to support implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Develop executive‑ready dashboards, reporting and presentations for governance and leadership decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance requirements and support audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
• 6‑8 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, business partnering or finance transformation.
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading financial planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Experience in large‑scale transformation, integration or process‑improvement programmes in a multinational, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modelling and analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business intelligence and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar).
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms and financial reporting systems.
