About the role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Prague, you will be part of the F&B leadership team, helping to drive operational excellence, financial performance and exceptional guest experiences in a historic luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily management and leadership of Food & Beverage operations.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and meet departmental goals.
• Ensure consistent service standards and operational procedures are followed at all times.
• Anticipate operational needs and guarantee the availability of required materials, supplies and equipment.
• Monitor quality standards and guest satisfaction, taking proactive steps to improve the experience.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns and special requests with professionalism.
• Control and monitor labour costs, operating expenses and resource utilisation.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, payroll preparation and financial analysis.
• Analyse operational and financial performance and recommend improvement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with culinary and other operational teams.
