FP&A Controller

About the role

TD SYNNEX is seeking an FP&A Controller to lead financial planning and analysis for its Czech Republic operations. The role combines forecasting, reporting and business partnering to deliver high‑quality financial insights that support senior management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting processes, ensuring deadlines and alignment across the business.
• Consolidate and analytically review financial forecasts and actual results.
• Prepare management reports, key performance indicators and executive dashboards.
• Support board presentations and Group reporting requirements.
• Manage profitability analysis (ABC reporting) and strategic P&L modelling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on target setting, planning and forecasting improvements.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant with experience in FP&A or finance within a medium or large organisation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Advanced organisational and planning abilities in a multi‑tasking environment.
• Fluent in English and Czech.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with SAP (a plus).
