Freelance Medical Customer Service Representative (Czech)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Medical Customer Service Representative to support clinical trial sites in the Czech Republic. The role focuses on patient recruitment and acting as the primary point of contact for patients, helping to connect them with doctors and trial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the contact person for patients on behalf of the company.
• Screen patients according to a strict protocol, ensuring suitability for clinical trials (no sales calls).
• Facilitate communication between doctors and patients to support trial enrollment.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone and email, maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Native Czech speaker with fluent English.
• Background in nursing, clinical research (CRA), or another medical field.
• Experience handling customer requests by phone or email, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Strong organizational skills and confident communication.
• Availability to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings as needed.
