Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

As a Front Desk Receptionist you will be at the heart of the guest experience, creating memorable first and last impressions while ensuring smooth arrivals and departures with warmth and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently and professionally.
• Assign guests the correct room type and rate, maintaining accuracy in all transactions.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with a solutions‑oriented approach.
• Provide information on hotel services, facilities, events, and local recommendations.
• Respond to guest communications in person, by phone, and through digital channels promptly.
• Process payments, foreign currency exchanges, and cashiering procedures accurately.
• Reconcile financial transactions and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, and other departments to deliver seamless experiences.
• Support group arrivals and departures, including dedicated group check‑in arrangements.
• Assist with reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
