Full Cycle Recruiter (Czech-speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter who is fluent in Czech and English to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for our clients. You will design and execute sourcing strategies, act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies targeting passive candidates.
• Serve as the primary Talent Advisor for hiring managers, understanding their hiring needs.
• Lead the recruitment delivery process, meeting SLA and KPI targets.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment trend insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Monitor recruitment activity, forecast volumes and report on performance.
• Deliver timely, professional feedback to candidates and maintain a white‑glove service level.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Czech; Bulgarian language is a plus.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience in the staffing industry.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
