Full Stack Engineer – .NET, Node.js, React (Hybrid, Prague)

About the role

We are working with a global travel business that combines an established brand with a genuine start‑up environment, looking for a full‑stack developer to lead a high‑performing team in Prague. The role is hands‑on, covering people leadership, technical guidance and end‑to‑end delivery across .NET/C#, Node.js, React, Next.js, Azure and AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable applications using .NET and C#.
• Develop intuitive, performant front‑end applications with React and Next.js.
• Design, implement and maintain RESTful APIs and work with relational databases.
• Contribute to cloud‑based solutions on Azure and AWS.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git and modern engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js.
• Proven ability to build and integrate REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure or AWS.
