Functional Safety Software Team Manager

About the role

Lead the Functional Safety software team across Roznov and Brno, delivering high‑quality safety‑critical embedded software for automotive applications. You will coordinate with hardware designers, solution teams and customers to ensure robust, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi‑site software development teams to deliver Functional Safety SW products.
• Drive the full software development cycle following quality processes.
• Maintain communication and information flow within the team, with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Interact with marketing and customers to gather feedback and propose solutions.
• Support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• University degree in electronics, programming or related field.
• Experience in software team management.
• Experience in embedded SW project management in a global organization.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle models.
• Skilled in planning and risk management.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong communication in English.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and decisiveness.
