General Manager – Luxury Lifestyle Hotel

About the role

As General Manager of Andaz Prague you will set the strategic direction for the hotel, own overall business performance, profitability and people development, and ensure the property remains deeply connected to the city’s culture and creative community.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual business plan, budget and forecasts while driving revenue, market performance and cost management.
• Oversee all operational areas – Rooms, Drinking & Dining and Events – and champion new concepts, programming and partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, Hyatt leadership and local business and cultural partners to strengthen commercial success.
• Empower and develop senior leaders and front‑line teams, fostering a culture of creativity and personal ownership.
• Maintain the hotel’s luxury lifestyle standards through disciplined operations, guest experience excellence and continuous innovation.

Required profile

• Significant senior leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, with strong knowledge of both Rooms and Food & Beverage.
• Proven commercial and financial acumen, delivering results in revenue, profitability and labour productivity.
• Experience creating and executing annual budgets, forecasts and business plans.
• Ability to build open, trusted relationships with owners, corporate stakeholders and external partners.
• Fluency in English is essential; Czech language skills are highly valued.
