Global Marketing Content Specialist

About the role

Join ABB's Digital Business Line as a Global Marketing Content Specialist to accelerate growth of ABB's AI‑enabled industrial software portfolio. You will create compelling content that showcases how ABB's digital solutions help customers improve performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑impact marketing content across formats such as videos, customer stories, social media, infographics, webpages, sales presentations, white papers, eBooks and campaign assets.
• Transform complex technical concepts into clear, customer‑focused narratives for operators, engineers, business leaders and executives.
• Use generative AI tools to accelerate content development, personalize messaging and improve productivity.
• Produce and edit video content for product launches, customer success stories, thought leadership, social media campaigns, events and sales enablement.
• Develop sales enablement assets for product launches, including presentations, short videos, webinars, testimonials and product webpages.
• Collaborate with product management, regional marketing teams and subject‑matter experts to ensure consistent positioning and adapt content for different markets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing or content creation experience, preferably in industrial companies.
• Ability to use generative AI to enhance productivity and creativity.
• Strong storytelling and content strategy skills with excellent writing, editing and proofreading.
• Collaborative mindset, strong networking skills and ability to manage multiple large projects.
• Fluent in English.
