Global Mobility Analyst

About the role

The Global Mobility Analyst supports day-to-day operations for international transfers, domestic relocations and global immigration programs, ensuring a smooth employee experience, maintaining data integrity and coordinating with external vendors such as tax advisors, relocation management companies and immigration law firms. The role reports to the Global Mobility and Immigration Leader and can be based in Prague, CZ or remotely in Poland. It works closely with Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HRBPs, Finance and Payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mobility transactions, including setting up employee files, initiating vendor services and tracking international assignment details
• Support Tax, Relocation and Immigration casework from initiation to closure, including data and document collection, communication and escalation
• Maintain accurate records and databases, run scheduled and ad-hoc mobility reports and analyse data trends to improve program efficiency
• Act as primary point of contact for employees, HRBPs and partners outside the US, and as a supplementary resource for US casework
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives covering processes, communication, data collection, reporting and technology solutions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analysis or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Global Mobility, in-house or through a vendor
• Very good spoken and written English
• Preferred: certification as a Global Mobility Specialist, local language (Czech for Prague, Polish for Warsaw)

Required skills

• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, organisational skills and confidentiality
• Above-average MS Office proficiency
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Workday) and global mobility technology solutions

What we offer

• Salary range in Czechia of 712,000 to 1,068,000 CZK, depending on experience and qualifications
