Google Ads Specialist (eCommerce)

About the role

Folqs, a fast‑growing DTC supplement brand, is seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to own and scale its core Google Ads ecosystem, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube cold‑traffic acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing team to test angles, optimise funnels and drive profitable ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, manage and optimise high‑converting Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Demand Gen while maintaining brand defence and retargeting logic.
• Build and scale cold‑traffic YouTube video campaigns using VSLs, optimising structure, placement, creative hooks and attribution.
• Oversee Google Merchant Center feeds, policy compliance and server‑side conversion tracking setups (GTM, GA4, multi‑touch attribution).
• Collaborate with copywriters and video editors on ad copy, VSL concepts, visual hooks, script angles and landing page messaging.
• Execute systematic A/B tests on keywords, bidding, ad copy, video angles and landing page flows, monitoring CAC, ROAS and spend efficiency daily.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on media buying experience with Google Ads in eCommerce.
• Proven track record managing $50k+/month profitable spend on Google Ads.
• Strong YouTube Ads experience running cold‑traffic VSL campaigns.
• Ability to overlap at least 6 hours daily with US Eastern Time (10 AM–4 PM ET).
• Proficient English communication skills.
