Group Lawyer

About the role

Fortuna Entertainment Group is looking for a Group Lawyer to join its legal team at the Prague headquarters. You will provide comprehensive legal support across the entire group, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks in a fast‑growing betting and gaming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, reports, legal opinions, memoranda and other documents covering commercial, procurement, HR, IP/IT, marketing and related topics.
• Support licensing renewals, new license applications and coordinate legal audits.
• Monitor, analyse and disseminate new or revised legislation and regulations affecting the business.
• Conduct legal research, develop processes and advise business units on complex legal matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with internal policies and corporate governance.

Required profile

• Law degree with solid experience in commercial law, IP/IT law, trademarks and technology services.
• Proven ability to provide complex legal advice and support business operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Czech language proficiency is a plus.
