Head of Urban Projects

About the role

CTP is seeking a dynamic leader to head its nationwide non‑industrial urban projects. As the Head of Urban Projects you will steer the Construction Department, ensuring every new build, fit‑out, refurbishment or upgrade meets the highest standards of quality, sustainability and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Define project phases, budgets and timelines for all non‑industrial projects across the country.
• Lead and develop the Construction Department, managing project managers, contractors and consultants.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from site due diligence, permitting and pre‑construction through construction to post‑construction handover.
• Monitor scope of work, contractor performance and project evolution to guarantee on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with BREEAM sustainability standards and client specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate development and large‑scale construction management.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to control budgets and costs.
• Leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams and drive results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
