HLAVNÍ TECHNIK (F/M/X)

About the role

We are looking for a Chief Technician (F/M/X) to oversee the technical condition of our hotel and its facilities. The role combines management of preventive maintenance, compliance inspections and coordination with external service providers. You will ensure safe, efficient and cost‑effective operation of all building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the technical state of the hotel and its equipment.
• Plan and coordinate regular maintenance of the hotel, its technologies and adjacent areas.
• Organise and oversee inspections, controls and certifications, including follow‑up corrective actions.
• Maintain technical documentation, inspection reports and supplier contracts.
• Supervise heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning and other technical systems such as MaR, EPS, VZT and cooling installations.
• Handle technical faults, complaints and emergency situations promptly.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and service companies, preparing orders and cost controls.

Required profile

• Experience in technical building management, preferably in a hotel or similar operational facility.
• Relevant technical education or practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience with maintenance, inspections and repairs of technical equipment.
• Valid professional licence according to current legislation (e.g., former decree No. 50/1978 Sb.) is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills, independence, responsibility and ability to see tasks through to completion.

• HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning).
• MaR, EPS, VZT and cooling system knowledge.
• Technical documentation management.
• Energy consumption monitoring and optimisation.
• Team leadership and coordination.
