Host/ess – Guest Reception at Luxury Hotel Restaurant

About the role

As a Host/ess at CottoCrudo Restaurant within Four Seasons Hotel Prague, you will be the first and last impression of the dining experience. You will welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, coordinate seating, and work closely with the restaurant and hotel teams to ensure seamless, memorable service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage restaurant reservations across Food & Beverage outlets within the hotel.
• Coordinate guest seating to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
• Liaise with Front Desk, Concierge, and other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Communicate daily reservations, special occasions, preferences, and dietary requirements to the restaurant team.
• Support the Restaurant Management team in maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor restaurant occupancy and assist in optimizing table management.
• Observe the condition of restaurant facilities and report any maintenance or service concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a restaurant, luxury hospitality, or guest‑facing role is an advantage.
• Outstanding communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and engage with guests.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence handling inquiries and concerns.
