HR Business Partner & HR Shared Services Manager – EMEA (Prague)

About the role
The role reports to the Head of HR Global Enabling Functions and is responsible for leading Human Resources activities at the Prague site (80+ employees) and supporting the EMEA commercial affiliates (approximately 160 employees). You will manage a local HR team of three professionals and collaborate closely with regional HR and Global Centers of Expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Define and govern the EMEA HR Services model, including roles, responsibilities and business continuity.
- Oversee payroll and HR administration for Prague and EMEA commercial entities.
- Maintain HR procedures, policies, handbooks and operational documentation.
- Coordinate employee benefits with local management and the Global Compensation & Benefits team.
- Ensure HR data quality and compliance as the primary interface with the HRIS team.
- Partner with Prague site leadership on work organization, workforce planning and organizational changes.
- Drive recruitment, talent development, training and capability‑building initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance improvement plans.
- Implement global HR processes such as performance management, salary review, talent succession and workforce budgeting.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience in an international environment.
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Shared Services HR leader.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations across multiple countries and lead HR teams.
Required skills
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing abilities.
- High autonomy and capability to navigate complexity in multicultural settings.
- In‑depth knowledge of HR operations, payroll governance and labour law.
- Experience with HRIS systems, HR data management and compensation & benefits practices.
- Project management and process improvement capabilities.
- Fluent English (mandatory); Czech language is a strong asset.
