HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our production plant in Velké Meziříčí, Czech Republic. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring payroll compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance on policies, people management, employee relations and organizational development.
• Manage basic payroll processes in line with local legislation and company standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development, promotions, transfers and off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, time‑and‑attendance, absences, vacations and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, payroll regulations and internal policies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for payroll, compensation, benefits and HR inquiries.
• Prepare HR and payroll reports, workforce analytics, KPIs and statutory reporting.
• Lead or support HR projects, digitalisation initiatives and organizational changes.

Required profile

• Completed business studies or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a solution‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
