HR Generalist

About the role

Invity Finance, a fast‑growing fintech based in Prague, is looking for an HR Generalist to own the full HR agenda end‑to‑end. You will act as the primary HR partner for employees and leadership, handling recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, compliance and people‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Run end‑to‑end recruitment: role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and candidate communication.
• Design and continuously improve a structured onboarding experience.
• Manage off‑boarding processes, including exit interviews and feedback collection.
• Handle HR administration: employment contracts, amendments, contractor agreements, terminations and personnel records.
• Coordinate monthly HR inputs with external payroll and accounting partners.
• Ensure compliance with Czech labour law and internal HR policies.
• Own and improve internal HR templates, policies and people processes.
• Coordinate mandatory training programs such as AML, compliance, GDPR and security training.
• Support managers with performance feedback, development planning and people‑related questions.
• Act as the go‑to person for employee matters requiring discretion, empathy and practical judgement.
• Organise team events, off‑sites and internal culture initiatives.
• Partner with leadership on engagement, retention and team wellbeing.

Required profile

• Solid working knowledge of Czech labour law and practical HR administration.
• Proven experience running recruitment processes from brief to signed offer.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing detail.
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions in a low‑structure environment.
• Strong empathy balanced with sound judgement.
• Fluent communication in both Czech and English.
• Based in Prague and able to work regularly from the office.
