HR Generalist

About the role

Join Boomerang Distribution, a fast‑growing international logistics partner supporting e‑commerce across Europe. As an HR Generalist you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and contributing to a positive, compliant workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, contracts, personnel documentation and off‑boarding while ensuring compliance with Czech labour law and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reporting and employee data in HR systems.
• Provide advice to managers and staff on HR and employment matters.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
• Support implementation of Group HR policies, processes and employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate recognition programmes, internal communications and company events.
• Liaise with authorities such as the Labour Office and Foreign Police, ensuring timely submission of required documentation.
• Assist with day‑to‑day office administration and employee services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Czech labour law and HR processes.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment.
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on and service‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent Czech and good English communication abilities.
