Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant

About the role

Join PwC's Cyber Security team in Prague as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant. You will work with leading organisations to assess, design, implement and optimise IAM and Privileged Access Management solutions, ensuring security while delivering business value.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct IAM projects from assessment and design through implementation and optimisation.
• Advise clients on IAM governance, processes, policies and best practices.
• Run workshops and stakeholder interviews to translate business needs into IAM solutions.
• Design identity lifecycle processes such as provisioning, de‑provisioning and role management.
• Integrate IAM solutions with existing IT environments, including Active Directory and cloud platforms.

Required profile

• Understanding of IAM principles, frameworks and governance models.
• Interest in security compliance projects related to IAM.
• Ability to analyse IAM‑related security risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech.
• Professional, reliable attitude with a sense of ownership and ability to work in international, diverse teams.
