Immediate Hire: Site Reliability Engineer (Hybrid) – Prague

About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in Prague on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on ensuring high‑availability of globally distributed SaaS services and supporting the full software delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and operate cloud services with defined SLAs and high availability.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and support go‑live processes.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise Unix/Linux systems, networking and data pipelines.
• Integrate and manage logging, monitoring and security solutions such as ELK and SIEM.
• Implement and support data streaming platforms like Kafka or Azure EventHub.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles supporting SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to design and operate commercially successful cloud services.
• Strong understanding of software delivery and release processes.
• Hands‑on experience with a public cloud, preferably Azure.

Required skills

• Python and/or Go programming.
• Azure cloud services.
• Unix/Linux operating system internals, administration and networking.
• ETL‑style data processing and indexing pipelines.
• Integration with SIEM systems.
• ELK stack (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana).
• Data streaming technologies such as Kafka or Azure EventHub.
