Inbound Sales Representative – Drive Leads

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospects who discover Similarweb through our free product. You will nurture these inbound leads, demonstrate the value of our digital intelligence solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to inbound leads via website chats, contact forms, and other channels.
• Identify relevant insights and data to showcase how Similarweb can improve a prospect’s digital strategy.
• Communicate insights verbally or via email to engage prospects.
• Achieve a set target of qualified meetings between prospects and sales managers.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns that highlight the value of our insights.

Required profile

• Motivated to start a career in tech sales.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong work ethic and ability to build relationships.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce (experience is a plus).
