Information Protection Analyst & Engineer

About the role

As a key member of the Information Technology Risk Management and Security (ITRM&S) organization, the successful candidate will act as a core member of the Information Protection team. This hybrid role features a dual focus on operational DLP and DLP engineering to protect company data.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and manage security incidents generated from Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and other information protection tools using log analysis and data visualization.
• Design, build, test, and deploy new DLP policies, rules, and logic across network, endpoint, and cloud environments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of information protection incidents from detection through remediation and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Support maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting of the information protection technology stack to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, PowerShell) to improve incident response workflows and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Global Security, Legal, HR, and other business units to respond to sensitive incidents in line with corporate policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in information security with both incident response and technical platform implementation.
• Strong practical experience with Data Loss Prevention concepts and enterprise‑grade DLP tools.
• Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex security incidents (Tier 2/3 support).
• Hands‑on experience with scripting or programming languages for automation and system integration.
