Innovation Manager in Document Automation

About the role

Join PwC's Risk Assurance Services innovation and transformation team to lead AI‑powered document automation initiatives. You will work with business, technical and AI specialists to redesign document‑heavy processes and deliver scalable solutions for internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive innovation initiatives focused on AI‑enabled document automation.
• Design and lead implementation of AI‑supported document processing and workflow optimisation solutions.
• Identify opportunities where AI‑driven document automation can create measurable client value.
• Lead a small team of AI‑skilled professionals, setting priorities and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients on AI, automation and document transformation roadmaps.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in innovation, AI, automation, digital transformation or related consulting roles.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable AI‑enabled solutions and to lead client‑facing transformation projects.
• Professional fluency in English.
