Inside Sales Representative – Spanish (CSO)

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative you will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle for long‑tail customers, converting inbound demand into quotes and invoiced orders while driving double‑digit organic revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries across multiple channels, identify customer needs and uncover cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
• Drive revenue by guiding leads through the full sales cycle – qualification, quotation, negotiation and closure.
• Execute and track all sales stages in the CRM system, from lead creation to invoicing, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Use pricing tools effectively to build and maintain a profitable sales pipeline.
• Support customers and internal teams with data management, webshop/parts online systems, quote preparation and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with at least B2 level English.
• Experience in customer care or sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, independent attitude with confidence to take initiative.
• Resilient and composed under pressure, maintaining a solution‑focused approach.
