About the role
As an Interior & Spatial Experience Designer with CAD (m/f/d), you will create inspiring environments that transform ideas, stories, and brands into engaging spatial experiences. You combine architecture, scenography, and storytelling to develop innovative concepts for physical, hybrid, and digital environments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative spatial concepts for exhibitions, trade fairs, customer experiences, management events, visitor centers, and branded environments.
- Rethink spaces and create innovative scenarios that inspire audiences and strengthen emotional connections with the brand.
- Develop design concepts covering scenography, layout, atmosphere, visual storytelling, interaction, and visitor flow.
- Ensure consistent implementation of corporate design principles across all spatial touchpoints.
- Advise internal and external stakeholders on possibilities of physical, virtual, and hybrid environments and identify effective design solutions.
- Visualize concepts through sketches, presentations, renderings, CAD plans, and design studies.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, agencies, architects, production partners, and customers to bring concepts to life.
- Identify emerging design trends, technologies, and creative opportunities and translate them into innovative communication experiences.
- Act as the creative guardian of the design vision throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Scenography, Exhibition Design, Spatial Design, or a comparable discipline.
- Several years of professional experience in live communication, exhibition design, experiential marketing, scenography, or related creative fields.
- Strong design vision and passion for developing spatial experiences and immersive environments.
- Ability to transform complex requirements into clear, compelling, and aesthetically convincing design solutions.
- Extensive experience with corporate design systems and ability to apply them creatively to physical environments.
- Proactive, collaborative, solution‑oriented personality with a strong sense of ownership and design excellence.
