Internal Communications Consultant

About the role

The Internal Communications Consultant will support the execution of integrated marketing activities across the EURO region, working closely with territory marketing managers, internal communications teams and product experts to ensure consistent, engaging messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Support territory marketing managers in implementing sales‑support campaigns across the EURO region, including messaging design, graphic creation, keyword research and agency coordination.
• Assist in creating and refining sales presentations, focusing on visual design and occasional messaging.
• Align regularly with the central communications team to ensure consistent messaging across channels and update internal platforms such as the EURO Marketing Hub and Viva Engage.
• Manage logistics for the EURO all‑staff call (3–4 times annually), including scheduling, content preparation and follow‑up.
• Draft LinkedIn content to highlight EURO customer events and regional milestones (approximately 15–20 per year).
• Collaborate with territory managers to develop customer success stories and case studies, coordinating with sales, product teams and clients.
• Provide weekly market updates for inclusion in the EURO president’s communications.
• Monitor industry activity and competitor developments to inform marketing strategy and share insights with relevant stakeholders.
• Serve as the marketing liaison for a specific SITA business unit, becoming the go‑to expert for product developments, campaigns and updates.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across functions such as internal communications, campaign delivery, content creation and sales enablement.
• Excellent written communication and ability to curate clear, engaging messaging for internal platforms and external channels.
