Internal IT Users Support Technician

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑line IT support, resolve incidents and service requests efficiently, and maintain high‑quality ticket documentation with a focus on first‑contact resolution.
• Troubleshoot and support end‑user devices, operating systems, software, hardware, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity across onsite and remote environments.
• Manage incident triage and escalation, ensuring timely resolution and coordination with specialised support teams when required.
• Configure, provision, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related enterprise technologies, including software deployments and system imaging.
• Assist with system maintenance, hardware upgrades, and improve technical documentation and support processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience providing IT support in an enterprise environment with hands‑on troubleshooting of hardware, software and end‑user technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, ChromeOS and Apple devices, including installation, configuration, maintenance and user support.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory administration, user account management and access provisioning.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and customer‑service skills, able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work across functions, prioritise competing demands and meet service‑level commitments.
