International Trade Analyst

About the role

Novartis is seeking an International Trade Analyst to support global trade compliance and customs operations. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient movement of materials while adhering to evolving international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate customs classification of materials worldwide.
• Determine origin status and manage post‑entry import/export declaration checks.
• Collect, analyse and submit key performance indicators to the Global CTC function.
• Advise business partners on customs classification and trade compliance requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on customs and trade compliance matters.
• Identify and escalate compliance risks to management and Global Customs teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customs and trade processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, customs or trade compliance.
• Strong knowledge of origin determination and customs regulations.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Inventory Management, Master Data, Operational Excellence, Order Management, Supply Planning, Warehouse Management.

What we offer

• Annual base salary between 606,970 CZK and 1,127,230 CZK.
