IT Manager & Technical Product Owner for EP-CNV Commercial Solutions

About the role

The IT Manager, EP-CNV Commercial Solutions Technical Product Owner leads the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for a portfolio of EMEA commercial solutions supporting electrophysiology and cardio‑neurovascular processes. This role combines product ownership, technical leadership and people management to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant pricing and commercial platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, multi‑year roadmap and measurable outcomes aligned with EP‑CNV pricing priorities.
• Own the pricing solution capabilities, from request creation through approval, auditability and downstream implementation.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership for .NET and SQL Server applications, guiding architecture modernization, performance, security and observability.
• Lead agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, release readiness and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop product and engineering team members, fostering an inclusive, high‑accountability culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical product management and people leadership within complex, regulated environments.
• Strong ability to translate business and compliance needs into executable roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
• Experience partnering with pricing, finance, sales and technology stakeholders across multiple regions.
