About the role
Role: IT Support Engineer. Type – Permanent. Location – Brno, Czech Republic (Remote/Hybrid). Dutch fluency required at B2/C1/C2 level. The client will cover relocation costs for candidates relocating from other EU countries.
Key responsibilities
- Provided 1st-level technical support, service restoration, and request fulfillment.
- Registered, analyzed, prioritized, and resolved incoming incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinated incident communication and status updates with end‑users and product teams.
- Ensured support delivery against KPIs, OKRs, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Maintained accurate and timely incident documentation.
- Strong understanding of prioritization during business‑critical issues.
- Broad knowledge of IT products, services and terminology.
