Junior Analytics Analyst

About the role

Mosaic Conseil is looking for a Junior Analytics Analyst to join its remote, small‑team workshop. The role is an apprenticeship‑style position where you will learn to dismantle and reconstruct complex data sets for a European financial services client.

Key responsibilities

• Examine raw invoice ledger data to verify the accuracy of existing business models.
• Audit diligence files for inconsistencies in reporting.
• Draft written arguments that explain the validity of financial assumptions.
• Build small analytical tools to automate verification of pricing grids and contract terms.
• Act as a challenger, identifying logical gaps in teammates' work.
• Clean and structure messy datasets for reliable evidence.
• Participate in scheduled, focused discussions to defend or refine artifacts.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in intellectual honesty and deep work.
• Comfortable with numerical analysis and spotting patterns in large spreadsheets.
• Basic proficiency in data‑manipulation tools such as Excel or SQL.
• Willingness to learn Mosaic Conseil’s specific analytical methods.
• Excellent written communication skills.
