Junior Controller – Operations & SCM

About the role

You will join the regional FP&A Operations team, supporting multiple production sites across Europe. Working from a hybrid location, you will collaborate with plant controllers and operations teams to analyse financial performance, standardise reporting, and drive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support plant controllers and business partners on day‑to‑day and ad‑hoc financial topics.
• Analyse inventory, working capital and cost data across plants and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to cross‑plant reporting, planning and special analyses, ensuring consistency and transparency.
• Participate in controlling process improvements, including the S/4HANA implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (recent graduate or early‑career professional).
• Good knowledge of SAP and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical abilities in cost controlling, financial analysis and reporting.
• Basic understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments gained through internships or projects.
• Flexible, hands‑on team player with a support mindset; fluent in English (intermediate) and basic Czech or Slovenian.
