Junior Project Manager

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join its Project Management team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on the full lifecycle of construction and reconstruction projects, from initial studies through to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of various construction projects.
• Support the preparation and evaluation of tenders for contractors.
• Independently manage smaller construction projects.
• Provide support to senior project managers on larger assignments.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the company.

Required profile

• University degree in civil engineering.
• At least one year of experience in construction or design (advantageous).
• Proficiency in English; Czech language knowledge is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Driving licence class B is an advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• User‑level knowledge of AutoCAD.
