Junior Research Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Research Executive to support senior researchers in designing, conducting and analysing market‑research projects. The role is ideal for a curious individual with a passion for understanding consumer behaviour and a willingness to learn new methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing research methodologies.
• Contribute to questionnaire preparation, including editing and translation.
• Test research scripts and monitor fieldwork execution.
• Prepare report templates, charts, slide summaries and headlines.
• Run small research projects independently with team support.
• Support client communications and project management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and learn new solutions from internal resources.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in quantitative research projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in Czech and English; Slovakian is a plus.
• Strong curiosity about human behaviour and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SPSS (preferred).
